I did some searches and found multiple people in the past with the issue, and they seem unresolved. Two people specifically mentioned my exact issue with recordings vs call quality being significant. Extra info: I noticed 3 microphone options during the dialer code:RCV_1stMic - Extremely low volume and quality. Step 1. Swipe down from the top of your phone’s screen to open the Quick panel. Try using the microphone in safe mode. Here is the Problem: On my Note 20 Ultra they are registered as a mass storage device and I get a prompt to format the device before I can use it. The phone however recognizes that an external microphone is plugged in but no sound is recorded. Noise Cancellation. 06-29-2020 01:40 PM in. Hi people, I've recently bought a Galaxy A31. And I'm loving it. But I have a doubt to clear. There is a noise cancelling mic on the top in addition to the main mic at the bottom as you can see in the diagram. But I can't find the settings for the noise cancellation anywhere.
