Go to Documents/my games/Fallout4/saves. Here you can see all your save files. If you have multiple chracters, do a save on the character which you want to rescue from this issue. Now, you find the save file created at the time when you saved the game. The save file name consists of few parts.
Just giving a tip on how to save your game with a name on PC: open the console with ~ type savegame "nameofsave" (no quotes) hit enter Don't use special characters. Stick with alphanumeric.
